Planning and Budgeting
During this phase we interact both electronically an physically on site, to figure out costs, timelines and budget considerations. We work hard to earn your trust and business. Starting with listening and reading all documentation regarding the project to come up with a final proposal that is favorable to everyone involved, including the client, most desirably. We consider all costs regarding our mobilization and execution of the project. We keep an eye on our progress and anticipate solutions to upcoming issues, to ensure our delivery remains uninterrupted, within budget but also top quality. We stay on top of schedules by working with the assigned Project Manager/Superintendent
Project Execution Phase
We work with everyone involved, eager to engage with other trades on site, share the space and work together. We think safety not just for our team, we participate and integrate into the big picture, for everyone's safety and well-being. We obtain our equipment from reputable manufactures who have been in business for decades and are leaders in the construction industry, we also keep all our equipment maintained and in good working order. From trained technicians to equipment, you are guaranteed we use only the best. We stay focused on the goal, to deliver satisfaction
Post-Delivery of Services
As it is the case with any goods or services sold, how we respond to warranty/quality questions says a lot about who we are. We believe doing it right the first time is the way to go. To achieve only the best results, we have trained individuals and top quality equipment.
We will also sign without hesitation Master Business Contract that a Southern Florida General Contractor may present to us. We believe in building a strong business relationship trough trust and accountability.
This phase includes site cleanup and inspections/testing and. After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction.
